Sell new vehicle at least 7 units per month
Offer customer a sufficient solution after understanding their needs
Build strong relationship with each customer
Always performing job in a PDCA manner on daily, weekly and monthly
Update each customer profile in the company database system
On standby duty, ensure the display in clean with new idea of decoration
Reflect competitors’ situation relating to sale and marketing
Optimizing tasks per the flow SOP
Demonstrate strong team value and spirit
Other tasks as assigned by Leader/Manager

Can drive car and must hold valid driving license
